A pumpkin patch has mysteriously popped up in Catrine, sparking rumours of a pumpkin fairy in our midst.
The area was not previously known for it’s capacity to produce squash, but seemingly overnight a variety of pumpkins and butternut squash have appeared.
Children in the area have been taking advantage of the mystery pumpkin patch to play and some kind souls have even brought their own pumpkins and sweets to the patch to share. Four-year-old Zac was one such kid who wanted to share the joy of the patch with others. He left a couple of pumpkins and some haribo for other pumpkin seekers.
