BBC Debate Night, Scotland’s topical discussion programme, is coming to Ayrshire and Arran next week and people from the area are being invited to join in by applying to appear on the TV show.
Next week's programme on Wednesday, February 24 is open to applicants from members of the general public from across the region.
The show, which airs at 10.30pm on the BBC Scotland channel, is hosted by Stephen Jardine and includes a panel of politicians and public figures.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, applicants will not be invited into the BBC studio but instead will participate from their own homes via video link.
A spokesperson for the programme said: "Whether you’re home-schooling, managing a business, caring for loved ones, or your life has been turned upside down by Coronavirus, as a Debate Night audience member it is YOUR questions which lead the discussion and the stories, experiences and opinions you share with us that matter most. It is the only TV programme of its kind in the country to give you the chance to put your questions straight to Scotland’s key decision-makers and public figures."
