Clean up Crew
THE Three Towns dedicated band of litter-picking heroes collected 12 bags of rubbish from the Stevenston area.
Allan Merry said: “Seven of the Three Towns Clean Up Crew met at Ardeer Rec, all socially distanced and removed 12 bags of general litter,along with the equivalent of two bags of recyclables. Also included with a child’s scooter,a light fitting and two cooking devices (either deep fat fryers or slow cookers).
“We will now be looking at weekly picks, either on a weekday or weekend. Any suggestions for areas of concern would be looked at.”
