Ayrshire's most senior police officer has appealed to Jamie Cannon - the teenager from Saltcoats who was reported missing on Saturday - to make contact.
Chief Superintendent Faroque Hussain took to Twitter asking the 19-year-old to get in touch with the police, family or friends 'to let them know you are safe and well'.
Jamie was last seen on Thursday, May 20 around 10am on Kinnier Road. He was reported missing on Saturday, May 22.

Cops are continuing to appeal for information on his whereabouts.
He said: "Jamie if you are reading this appeal, I would ask you to make contact with the police or your family or friends to let them know you are safe and well. Anyone who may have seen Jamie or knows his whereabouts, is urged to contact us via 101."
