A NEW mental wellbeing group is starting up on Wednesday nights at Kilwinning Library.
Me and my Wellbeing, is open to anyone aged 16 and above and offers somewhere safe to meet up and talk to people.
The aim is to provide a relaxed environment for a cuppa and a chat with people from the area who are living with mental health issues.
A spokeswoman for North Ayrshire Council said:
“Come along and meet like-minded people in a private and chilled setting to talk.
“This group will be informed by its members, so if there is need for a casual
tea and biscuits session to
get out the house, that is
fine.
“However, if you would like themes and professional input, that can also be arranged.
“The main purpose of the group is to meet new people, release everyday worries off your chest and receive local support.”
Registration is required for track and trace purposes
and to limit numbers in line with social distancing.

The organisers of this session also run walk and talk, Stroll With Me.
