Injured man recovered by police on Hunter Avenue early hours of Sunday morning
A man was found injured in Hunter Avenue, Ardrossan in the early hours of Sunday morning [September 12]
He was reported to be found at 3.45am near the bridge at Loanhead. He has since been taken to hospital, although it is unsure of his conditions.
Multiple police, fire and ambulance vehicles have been present at the scene today as Police investigate if the incident is connected to a crime.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 3.45am on Saturday 11 September 2021, police received a report a man was found injured in Hunter Avenue, Ardrosssan.
"Emergency services attended and the man was taken to hospital. Enquiries are ongoing to establish if any crime has taken place."
