Woman injured as police attend a two-car crash on A714 near Girvan
A woman driver has been injured and was taken to hospital after a two-car crash south of Girvan this morning.
The incident occurred on the A714 near the roundabout, the road towards Newton Stewart.
Police are still in attendance this afternoon as the road remains partially obstructed.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a two-car crash on the A714 south of Girvan around 10.10 am on Friday, September 17, 2021.
"The female driver of one of the cars has been taken to hospital with minor injuries. Officers are in attendance and enquiries are ongoing.”
