The Three Towns' newest curry house and pakora bar - Curry on the Corner - finally has a date for opening.
A stone's throw from St Matthew's Academy, this announcement follows the extensive renovation of the old Corran Inn restaurant premises over several months.
After previewing with the original name Singhs, Three Towners united in their love for 'Curry on the Corner' and it was swiftly changed back.
The premises on Jack’s Road has remained boarded up for a while but the good news is that it is nearly ready to open, and they have started taking bookings for their first customers.
As well as releasing a sneak preview of their new menu, from pakora sharing platters to a fusion of classic tandoori dishes and chef specials, there will be 'old skool ruby murrys' to keep the curry die-hards happy.
And the date for your diary is Monday, November 1.
Tables can be booked on the restaurant's Facebook, and they have warned that the first tables at the hotly anticipated launch week are going fast.
