The North Ayrshire Youth Forum have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to provide services for young people with Additional Needs.
The activities have been mainly via Zoom but gradually have evolved to outside activities and more recently some limited indoor ones.
Derek Andrews, President of Rotary Club of Hunterston, was pleased to present a Community Award of £200 to Damien Taylor to support their good work. Community Convenor Jim Jackson was also attending. The Community Awards are funded by Rotary’s 100 Club which is drawn each month. From September 29, meetings will recommence at the Seamill House Hotel and at 7pm on every second Wednesday.
