Stagecoach have announced that they are to make cuts to timetable bus services in Ayr and Prestwick from next month.
The firm are to make big reductions to services as they grapple with problems at the company in relation to a lack of licensed drivers and impending strike action.
The changes are due to come into effect on Monday, October 4 and will be in place for the foreseeable future.
The timetables affected are as follows:
Service 2 Ayr - Prestwick
Service 3 Ayr - Kincaidston
Service 6 Ayr - Prestwick
Service X77 Ayr - Glasgow
The number 2 service alone has had 32 journeys cut and other routes are set to be cut heavily too.

A Stagecoach spokesperson said: "We hope the changes to timetables will help improve the reliability of our services.
