NHS Ayrshire and Arran has developed an app to support patients who have been diagnosed with dementia.
The Dementia: Post-Diagnostic Support App provides information on the condition itself, managing symptoms and peer support.
To access the resource, download the NHS Ayrshire and Arran app from the relevant store then search for ‘Dementia: Post Diagnostic Support’.
