Charity: Crematorium’s £15,000 boost for hospice
THE Clyde Coast and Garnock Valley Crematorium handed over an amazing £15,000 donation to the Ayrshire Hospice last week.
The cheque was presented to Carla MacEwan, chief executive of the hospice.
A spokesperson for the crematorium said: “It was a great honour this morning to hand over a donation of £15,000 to the Ayrshire Hospice, one of the local charities we are very proud to support.
“Our heart-felt thanks go to each and every family who helped us raise this fantastic amount which will go towards helping carers, families and patients who are in the hands of the brilliant Ayrshire Hospice team.”
