A KILWINNING sport academy is all set to welcome new players as it hosts its girls and ladies recruitment day.
With the new year bringing new opportunities, women and girls of all ages across North Ayrshire are being invited to take part in the open day.
A Kilwinning Football Academy statement on Facebook said: “Join our existing squads from under 8s up to ladies for an open training session when you can see our new facility and meet our coaches.
“We are looking for players of all skill levels and experience.
“If you are new to football or looking to join a new club with teams at all age groups then simply fill in your or your daughters details using the link in the comments.”
The open day will be held on Sunday, January 9 at Kilwinning’s Almswall Park.
The under 8s, 10s and 12 session will be held between 11am and 12pm, while the under 14s and 16s sessions will be held between 12pm and 1.30pm.
The under 18s and ladies session will be between 1.30pm and 3pm.
