Kilwinning woman allegedly chased boy, 15, with blade before spitting on girl
A KILWINNING woman allegedly chased a 15-year-old boy about the town centre with a blade before spitting on a girl.
Laurie Miller, 40, is accused of threatening behaving by shouting, swearing, uttering threats and brandishing a knife in Kilwinning’s Main Street on August 15, 2020.
It’s alleged Ms Miller, of Fergushill Road, Kilwinning, assaulted a 15-year-old boy by spitting on him and pursuing him while in possession of a knife.
It’s alleged she also assaulted a girl aged 15 by spitting at her face.
She also faces a fourth charge of allegedly possessing a blade.
Ms Miller pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Bail was continued.
