The new Elms beer garden opens
A NEW beer garden was officially opened last week at the popular Saltcoats venue The Elms Bar.
The official opening and cutting of the tape was carried out by two of the bar’s long term regulars in the pub, Mr Danny Callaghan and Mr John Slavin.
The outstanding wall mural depicting various well known Saltcoats landmarks, was completed by one of Scotlands top graffiti artists Mr Davey Knox (Knoxy) Platform 13, who has had his work admired by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.
The Elms team would like to thank Grace Cullen (Licensing Officer) and the Licensing Board for their guidance.
