FOR the first time since 2019, the Ardrossan Highland Games took place at The Memorial Field on Sunday, June 12.
It was a long awaited return for one of the biggest events on the Three Towns calendar, after the Covid-19 pandemic had put a halt to proceedings in both 2020 and 2021.
And plenty of people from the Three Towns and beyond were out in high spirits, as thousands flocked to enjoy the day.
