STARS of two of Scotland’s biggest TV shows are heading to three different events to be held in Saltcoats Town Hall - with the first taking place this weekend.

The events, which have been organised by presenter Ross Owen, will see actors and actresses from both Still Game and River City come to town.

All three events will see the respective stars give behind the scenes stories from their time filming their shows, before taking part in a question and answer session and meet and greet with those in attendance.

Each evening will also feature live music by Airdrie based band ‘The Dazes’.

The first event is an evening with Still Game’s Sanjeev Kohli and Gavin Mitchell – who are better known as Navid and Boaby the Barman.

This will take place in the town hall on Saturday, July 9, however tickets are now sold out.
