HUNDREDS of homes across Glasgow and Paisley have been left with no power.
Properties in dozens of G52, G53 and PA1 postcodes have been affected by the unexpected power cut.
SP Energy Networks became aware of the issue at 9.42am and had "no advance warning".
It's estimated that power will be restored today at 11:42am.

A statement reads: "Our control centre will attempt to reset the network remotely to restore power in stages, and we will also send our next available engineer to attend site.
"Our team will work to get your power back on as quickly and as safely as possible.
"Once they arrive, or when we receive any update regarding the cause, we will be able to provide you with more information.
"We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
