A COMMUNITY hub on Stevenston’s shore is progressing nicely after the charity behind the proposal got a funding boost earlier this year.
The Herald reported back in February how Raise Your Voice with Ardeer (RYVA) had received a £130,000 grant thanks to North Ayrshire Council’s community investment fund.
Now the company carrying out the work, McLaughlin Construction, have shared images of their progress on the project.
They said: “Our hard-working site team is progressing with the decking, hardstanding and footpaths. Upon completion this community hub south elevation will feature a canopy, patio doors and a decking area.”
