THE Cali Stores in Saltcoats have unveiled a new twist on one of the Three Towns' most famous snacks.
The store has always been popular for their 'Cali Specials' - undoubtedly their best seller - and their latest edition to the menu has added a "fiery twist".
The Saltcoats shop have now started selling a 'Cali Special Inferno' adding jalapenos and cajun mayo to the classic snack.
The special is synonymous in Ayrshire, and almost exactly a year ago Billy Kirkwood visited the store to try one for himself on his West FM breakfast show.
It already appears to be a hit with the locals, with one local saying thy tried one earlier today, September 26, describing it as "superb".
The Cali stores is located on 16 Caledonia Road in Saltcoats and is open from 6am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 7am to 6pm on Sundays.
