Kilwinning: Man 'took pictures of girls in miniskirts on bus'

David Gallacher, 47, faces a charge of breaching the peace after the alleged incident on March 25 this year while on the Stagecoach bus at Howgate, Kilwinning.

The complaint states he conducted himself in a disorderly manner alleging that he repeatedly took clandestine pictures of the girls, who were wearing miniskirts and shorts at the time.

The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge when his case called in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week (Friday, October 28).

The case was adjourned for the accused, of Whitlees Court, to instruct a different solicitor and his bail was continued.

He will return to face the allegation at a later date.
