PLANS to create two three-bedroomed homes in Ardrossan have been submitted to North Ayrshire Council.
The application, which has been submitted on behalf of Mr Frank Doran, would see the semi-detached homes created on currently vacant land to the north west of 6-8 Church Place.
Alongside the properties, four car parking places would also be created.
Both homes would be consist of three floors. The ground floor would include an entrance hall, kitchen/dining area, loung and WC.
The first floor would feature small two bedrooms while the top second floor would comprise of the master bedroom and adjacent ensuite only.
Both properties would share a garden space which would be separated using a boundary fence.
A wall would also be featured on both sides of the garden to enclose the development.
This application was submitted to North Ayrshire Council as the planning authority on November 1, before being validated on November 9. It is currently pending consideration.
