Families are being invited to attend a special support organisation being set up in 2023.
Starting on February 1, Kilwinning Library, pictured, will host a new group that will be open to parents or carers and primary-aged young people.
The aim of this group is to establish good understanding of mental health and wellbeing within households to promote early emotional awareness and resilience in young people with an increased understanding for ourselves.
Run by North Ayrshire Youth Services, it will look at a range of coping strategies and toolkits through open chat, presentation, worksheets and activities.

The event will run every Wednesday, from February 1, from 3.15pm to 4.45pm.
