A MAN has been arrested in connection with a drugs bust at a property in Ardrossan.
The Three Towns local policing team, along with officers from the Ayrshire proactive crime team, attended the property in the town yesterday, Thursday February 2.
Equipped with a search warrant - they gained access to the home and recovered a quantity of class A and B controlled drugs.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Three Towns local policing team and Ayrshire proactive crime team officers, equipped with a sheriff search warrant, searched an address in Ardrossan earlier today, a quantity of Class A & B controlled drugs were recovered."
They added that a 60-year-old man will now be subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.
