GENEROUS staff and patrons of Charlie's Bar in Ardrossan have made £600 donations to two local charities.
The cash came from the bar's Christmas raffle, which raised the grand total of £1,200.
Last month, owners Billy and Molly Woods handed over a cheque for £600 to the town's Whitlees Centre and another £600 cheque to the Alfie Curran Memorial Fund, in memory of the youngster who died in 2019 after living with cerebral palsy.
Both charities were delighted with the boost to their funds.
Well done to all involved.
