PUPILS at Pennyburn Primary celebrated the coronation of King Charles in fine style last week.
The Kilwinning school held coronation garden parties, with cream teas on offer on Wednesday and Thursday, just a few days before the big event.
The pupils really got into the spirit of the royal celebration, many of them donning crowns for the day. And one or two parents and staff members joined in too.

A school spokesperson said on Twitter: "We had a great day at the coronation garden parties.
"Thanks to everyone for coming along and for all of the generous donations."
