A TEENAGER who has been missing for over a week has links to Ardrossan, according to police.
Corey Weallans, 15, was reported missing from the Airdrie area of North Lanarkshire on Tuesday, May 2.
He was last seen at around 3pm that day at the Faraday Retail Park in Coatbridge.
In a re-appeal issued on May 11, police say they believe Corey may have links to Ardrossan.
They said that Corey is known to travel across the central belt area and also has links to the Edinburgh, Falkirk, and Livingston areas.
He is described as being around five feet and four inches in height, of a medium build, and he has short blonde hair.
When he was last seen, he was wearing a green Nike tracksuit top and bottoms with blue and grey trainers.
Anyone who has seen Corey or has any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 101, quoting reference 0563 of May 3, 2023.
