Children's author Martin Stewart is heading to Ardrossan next month to give a reading of his latest book.
He will be at the town's Seahorse Bookstore on Saturday, June 10 to read from Bridget Vanderpuff and the Baked Escape.
He will also be talking about books, bakes and storytelling and there could be some limited edition stickers too.
The event is aimed at children aged between 7 and 12 and the event runs from 11am to 12.30pm.
