Dramatic footage captured over the weekend shows cows making a nuisance of themselves in an Ardrossan street.
The video, captured by Stephen Hughes, shows an estimated 50 cows camped out in his sister's garden in Knockrivoch Gardens.
The animals are thought to have escaped from Sorbie Farm not too far away, and were eventually rounded up by the farmer on nearby Stanley Road.
Stephen and the rest of his family can be heard commentating on the video, hilariously quipping "eat somebody else's grass" and "come and get your coos".
The cows eventually make their way down the road, with Stephen shouting "you'd better phone the farmer, someone's going to get killed".
