Emergency services responded to serious flooding at Glen Rosa campsite in Brodick overnight.
Police put out a warning for adverse conditions around 4am, and asked people to avoid the area.
North Ayrshire Council confirmed this morning that all campers are safe and well, with many returning to the mainland.
A spokespersons aid: "We are pleased to report that all campers will soon be making their journey back to the mainland, with those deciding to stay continuing their holiday on Arran.
"Thank you to everyone involved for your support this morning and to the Arran community volunteers."
