The son of a former Ardeer Recreation Club manager is trying to trace copies of the Nobel Times - the staff newspaper for the ICI Nobel Division.
Iain Nicolson, who is now based in East Calder in West Lothian, is keen to find out of there is a digital or print archive for the newspaper, which was published between the 1950s and the 1980s.
He said: "It was the staff newspaper for the ICI Nobel Division at Ardeer. My father was the general manager of Ardeer Recreation Club from 1955 to 1976, hence my interest.
"Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received."
