Kind-hearted Scottish Gas volunteers have shown immense community spirit in Beith.

An enthusiastic team from the company recently rolled up their sleeves to revamp and rejuvenate the Geilsland site.

Over the course of several days, these volunteers undertook an extensive project that involved clearing out valuable storage space, repainting, and conducting much-needed revamps to various buildings at Geilsland, including the store, wood store and garages.

It is something those at Geilsland are incredibly grateful for, as they look forward to seeing what they can achieve with their revamped spaces.

A spokesperson said: "The transformation achieved by the Scottish Gas volunteers is nothing short of exceptional.

"Their hard work has not only enhanced the visual appeal of Geilsland but also contributed significantly to creating a cleaner, more organised, and enjoyable space for our whole community to enjoy.

"Geilsland extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Scottish Gas volunteers for their exceptional work, commitment, and the positive changes they have brought about.

"This collaboration serves as a testament to the power of teamwork and the potential for transformation when individuals come together to make a difference.

"We can’t wait to see what we can do with them in the future."
