TWO men have been arrested in Kilwinning following a drugs bust at a property in the town.
The males, aged 44 and 55, have also been charged in connection with alleged drugs offences after police executed a warrant at a property on the town's Cambusdoon Place on Tuesday, November 7.
Officers reportedly recovered a quantity of drugs and cash here before the arrests were made.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "On Tuesday, November 7, officers from North Ayrshire locality policing and priority policing team executed a drugs warrant in Cambusdoon Place, Kilwinning.
"Following a search of the property, a quantity of drugs and cash was recovered. Two males aged 44 and 55 were arrested and charged with offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
"Police are committed to disrupting the supply of illegal drugs and reducing the damaging effect they have on our communities.
