A STEVENSTON man has again been granted bail at court - despite appearing after breaching his existing conditions.
Andrew Morgan, 43, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week where he pleaded guilty to one charge of breaking court orders.
After originally being granted bail at the same courthouse on October 4 of this year, Morgan was placed under conditions that he remain within his home on Arthur Street between 7pm and 7am.
The bail condition also states that he must also attend and answer the door when Police Scotland officers attend his address.
However, he landed himself back in the dock on Tuesday, November 14, after failing to comply with this condition.
Morgan did so on November 12, when without reasonable excuse, he was found to be outwith his bail address during his hours of curfew.
After his guilty plea, the 43-year-old will return to court to be sentenced at a later date. He has been granted bail until then.
