CalMac has warned the ferry service between Ardrossan and Arran could face disruption or cancellation on Wednesday and Thursday due to weather conditions.
The company said this afternoon that ferries could be hit by adverse weather with Easterly winds and associated swell conditions on both days.
They advised travellers to check their website and social media updates over the next couple of days to check ferries are running as normally.
The company said on X (formerly Twitter) today: "Due to forecast adverse weather with Easterly winds and associated swell conditions, service on Wednesday and Thursday is liable to disruption or cancellation at short notice."
