DETECTIVES are appealing for information after a man was reportedly seen performing a sex act on board a train to Saltcoats.
The incident is said to have taken place on Friday, November 3, on board the 5.34pm service between Glasgow Central and Ardrossan Harbour.
British Transport Police have launched an investigation and issued a description of the man.
The suspect is described as white, with a stocky build, shaved hair and wearing a black jacket, black trousers, dark trainers and a white baseball cap.
Detective Constable Martin Graham, said: “This incident occurred on board a busy train service. I would urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please get in touch with us.”
