Residents of the Barnett Court sheltered housing complex in Saltcoats got a special Christmas treat - courtesy of the team who are renovating the property.
The management team from James Frew Ltd organised an afternoon of festive fun for the residents as an appreciation for their patience and consideration during the renovation period.
The residents received a lovely gift from the Stevenston firm - and also received complimentary gifts provided by Kilmarnock Football Club.
The buffet lunch, sourced from a local supplier, Cains Sandwich Shop, was enjoyed by all who attended.
Residents were taken back in time with a presentation showing how Barnett Court looked prior to James Frew Ltd beginning work back on April 17.
The work is still ongoing, and the team are on schedule to complete it at the end of January 2024.
A spokesperson for Barnett Court said: "We saw the positive impact it had on everyone involved, from the residents, to the onsite team and all the James Frew Ltd staff involved in the project.
"The lunch was the perfect opportunity for James Frew to give back to the community and a great afternoon was had by all."
The firm's managing director, Roddy Frew, said: “It was a pleasure to meet some of the residents of Barnett Court and hear about their journey through the renovation.
"I was delighted to hear that they were pleased with the new look so far and how good the James Frew staff have been on a professional and personal level.
"I look forward to seeing the finished product next year.”
