Primary seven pupils at a Stevenston school recently paid a visit to the local library to research their World War II project.
Pupils from Glencairn Primary enjoyed finding out more about the history and local connections during the fun trip.
On X (formerly Twitter), the school posted: "Today P7 enjoyed a visit to Stevenston library.
"Thank you Melanie for organising WW2-related activities. We had a lovely morning."
