The team behind Ayrshire's newspapers for the blind are holding a special fundraising night next month.
Ayrshire Recording Services provide weekly recordings of the big stories in Ayrshire's weekly newspapers to keep their blind and partially sighted members up to date with local events.
They hope to boost their fund with a fundraising night at the Standing Man on Portland Street, Kilmarnock on Friday, February 2.
The event, starting at 7pm, promises to provide attendees with great music and a delightful buffet, alongside an opportunity to contribute to a noble cause.
Tickets for this exciting night are priced at £5 each, with proceeds going towards supporting Ayrshire Recording Services in their mission.
Some of the cash will be used to provide an asbestos-free roof for their visually impaired members.
Attendees are reminded to bring their tickets to the event for smooth entry, as failure to do so will result in a charge at the door.
In addition to the main event, attendees can also participate in an engaging raffle by purchasing tickets for just 50p each. The organization encourages everyone to get involved, with the chance to win exciting prizes while supporting a worthy cause.
After a brief setback due to email system issues, the organisation is back and running smoothly, ready to engage with supporters for an evening of enjoyment and philanthropy.
