A FAMILY ceilidh will be held next month to raise funds for the Garnock Valley Pipes and Drums.

Beith Trust are welcoming everyone to join them at the Geilsland Estate, Beith, for a fun family evening filled with live music, Highland dancing, children’s activities, and much more!.

The event will help support the Garnock Valley Pipes and Drums, who are dedicated to providing free traditional music tuition for children in the Garnock Valley and preserving the rich history of Scottish music in North Ayrshire.

Highlights of the event will include live performances by the talented young Garnock Valley Pipes and Drums students and the fantastic talents of ceilidh band Binky Blue, an enticing raffle featuring many incredible prizes, a dedicated kids' corner to ensure there's no need for a babysitter, a fully stocked bar, and more family fun.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own snacks for their tables, indulge in tasty treats from The Munchy Van or the tuck shop offerings, which include a variety of juices and snacks.

A Trust spokesperson said: "We invite everyone to come together for a night of fun, all while supporting a wonderful cause.

"Your attendance makes a difference in nurturing the musical talents of the Garnock Valley’s youth and allows you to let your hair down and have a boogie. Let's make it a night to remember!"
