A successful glamping business on Arran is has been put on the market for offers over £450,000.
Kings Caves Glamping, near Machrie on the island's west coast, is described as a "dog friendly, successful lifestyle business with high profit potential".
With the owners planning to retire, it has been brought to market by joint agents Watermans, estate agents and solicitors and DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading firms of chartered surveyors.
The tranquil 4.25-acre semi-rural site, located two miles south of Machrie on the road to Blackwaterfoot, offers a variety of lodges and motorhome pitches, operational facilities and excellent potential to develop the business further.
