North Ayrshire Women's Aid will be holding a special event to celebrate International Women's Day this Friday, March 8.
The free event will be held in the Hub on the Corner in Vernon Street, Saltcoats between 11am and 2pm.
It will feature lunch, prize bingo, massage, make up sessions and a poetry corner.
All women and girls are welcome to come along and join in the celebration.
