A KIND-HEARTED Ardrossan youth rugby team are to host a charity car wash in a bid to raise funds for sick kids.
Ardrossan Accies' under 14 squad will be hosting the event at the rugby club's car park on Sorbie Road on Saturday, March 16.
The youngsters will be out making sure your car is squeaky clean from 10am until 2pm, for a suggested donation of only £5.
The event is the latest to be organised by the club as they support the Glasgow Warriors' Fighting For Our Families appeal.
The campaign has been launched by the Warriors pro team with the aim of raising £25,000 for the Glasgow Children's Hospital charity.
The Ardrossan club has managed to raise a fantastic £1,870 for the appeal through events held so far.
It is hoped that the car wash will help push them even closer towards their own personal target of £2,500.
