A new baby massage class is proving a big hit with mums and wee ones in North Ayrshire
Munchkin and Me sessions are currently being held over a six week block at at the Ardeer Neighbourhood Centre in Shore Road, Stevenston.
And photographer Charlie Gilmour paid a visit last week to see just how much the mums and babies were enjoying the course.
The team deal with small groups - no more that four other families per class - to help prevent the munchkins and mums from being overwhelmed.
They offer a cosy, clean, quiet venue with soft lighting and gentle background music which sets the scene for relaxation as soon as you enter.
There is a full introduction to the course, and staff to make sure everyone comfortable and fully prepared before the massages begin.
