The owners of two popular vegan cafés in North Ayrshire are seeking to sell alcohol ahead of the summer.
Moka, who have stores on Princes Street in Ardrossan and Main Street in Largs, has applied to North Ayrshire Council for 'premises licences' for both locations.
The deadline for objections to the application, which was lodged with local authority bosses in April this year, closed last week.
Members of the North Ayrshire licensing board are expected to meet in June to discuss the application and make a decision.
The plant-based café opened its first store in Ardrossan's town centre in 2021, before expanding to Largs earlier this year.
The well-loved brunch spot is dog friendly, and opens seven days a week.
The business, which is known for its 'matcha' coffee, serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, cakes and pastries.
