A Dalry man has admitted driving whilst disqualified and without insurance in the town.
Lewis Kerr, 21, of Wingfaulds Avenue, pleaded guilty to two charges when he appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
He was charged with driving a motor vehicle while disqualified and driving without insurance on Broadlie Avenue, Craig Avenue and West Kilbride Road in Dalry.
Kerr’s lawyer told the court that it was a “one off incident”, with Sheriff Nicola Patrick stating that background reports were “inevitable”.
The diet was adjourned until a later date, with Kerr released on bail.
