HUGE crowds of runners and supporters have turned out to show their backing for one of Ayrshire's best known charities.
The Ayrshire Hospice Colour Dash saw people from all over Ayrshire and beyond head to Eglinton Park in Kilwinning for the popular 5K race.
The annual event raises essential funding for the hospice's work providing end of life care for those most in need across the county.
And after a spectacular turnout at the 2024 dash, the Hospice team told this year's runners: "You are all incredible."
Entrants were allowed to run, walk or jog through showers of coloured powder before reaching the finishing line through a 50ft assault course and slide.
And you just need to take a look at the photos on this page to see just how much fun everyone had on the day.
The Hospice team said on Facebook after the event: "Thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who gave up their time to help at Colour Dash.
"To the Hospice volunteers, Ayrshire Cancer Support volunteers, Police Scotland volunteers and SSF - the day wouldn't have happened without you and we are so very thankful for your support.
"From the very start of the day marshalling the car park and getting everyone checked in, to being selling superstars and keeping the runners safe along the route, there was no job too little.
"And it was special to see our volunteers handing out medals and ensuring the runners got their well earned drink and snack at the finish line.
"You are all incredible. Thank you from everyone at the Ayrshire Hospice."
Everyone who took part was provided with a white T-shirt and coloured sunglasses - which was just as well, considering how much colour was hitting them at the end of the course.
At the finish, everyone was given water, a snack and a commemorative medal for their fantastic achievement.
The final total raised for the Hospice will be announced at a later date.
