A STEVENSTON-based company is to be wound up after it was proved they could no longer continue their business.
A liquidator was also appointed for Ferguson Fencing Ltd after a meeting was held with regards to ceasing operations earlier this month.
The two resolutions were passed at a general meeting, with both published on Companies House - the executive agency of the British Government that maintains the register of companies - this week.
One said: "It has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the company would be wound up voluntary."
The second resolution agreed at the meeting saw a licensed insolvency practitioner appointed as liquidator for the company.
Ferguson Fencing had been in operation since early 2017, initially launching in Irvine before moving their base to Stevenston in 2020.
