A BARMILL man stands accused of sexually assaulting a woman and taking out his privates then urinating.

Paul Ryan Carroll, 38, denies charges of sexual assault and threatening or abusive behaviour after allegedly following the woman in Beith on June 2 this year.

It is alleged he seized hold of her hip, placed his arm around her before pulling her towards him and kissing her.

Court papers state he then intentionally exposed his genitals in a sexual manner to her.

It’s claimed he then urinated in front of the female complainer and asked her if she would hold his privates.

He faces a second charge of causing her fear and alarm in Kirk Street, New Street and Dickson Court in Beith.

Mr Carroll, of McHardy Crescent, Barmill, denies the charges and bail was continued.
